What does the $10 evaluation cover?
Your Market Fit Report, reviewed by our team: how many real jobs fit you in the last 30 days (your cities, nearby cities, remote), what’s holding your applications back, the skills that would open more jobs with project ideas, your resume score — and a 15-minute call. Not everyone is selected. If you’re selected and join, the $10 is credited toward your first month; one free re-check after 30 days.
When do I pay for a plan?
Only after you’re approved. You choose a plan, and the monthly rate is taken as a scheduled monthly payment — there is no upfront charge for the full commitment.
What is the founding member offer?
The first 100 approved members get 50% off their first month.
Does Merro guarantee interviews or a job?
No. No service can guarantee an employer’s decision. What we do guarantee is delivery: in your first 30 days, at least 15 applications per working day — or every role that fits your search if fewer exist — or you choose a refund of your first month or your next month free.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before work begins on your search, you get a full refund. After your plan starts, refunds are reviewed based on the services delivered and the unused part of your billing period. Email support@trymerro.com — we reply within five business days.
I’m on a visa (H-1B, OPT, TN) — can I use Merro?
Yes. Your recruiter uses your work authorization when matching and won’t submit you to roles whose posting rules your status out. Merro doesn’t sponsor visas or give immigration advice; sponsorship is always the employer’s decision.
Is Merro an auto-apply bot?
No. AI widens the search, but a real recruiter decides what’s worth applying to, tailors your resume and submits each application.
