Application Delivery Guarantee

Merro guarantees delivery — the work we control. We don’t guarantee interviews, offers, pay or visa sponsorship; those are employers’ decisions.

What we guarantee

In the first 30 days of your first paid plan, your recruiter sends at least 15 applications per working day (Monday to Friday, U.S. Eastern) — or, if fewer roles fit your search in that time, an application to every role that fits. If we don’t, you choose one of these, at no cost:

• a refund of the fee you paid for your first month, or
• your next month free (30 days added to your plan).

How it’s counted

• The 30 days start when your plan is active and you’ve done the two setup steps on your dashboard: signing the application authorization and answering the standard application questions. We can’t apply for you before both are done.
• Working days are counted after the day the clock starts. Days you pause your plan are added to the end of the 30 days.
• Applications that count are the ones your recruiter submits for you to roles that meet our recommendation threshold for your profile. Your dashboard shows each one, with the resume that was sent.
• Roles that fit your search are the roles our matching recommends for your target roles, locations, pay and work authorization in that time. If fewer than 15 per working day fit, the guarantee is to apply to every one of them — we never pad the count with roles that don’t fit.
• Your progress is on your dashboard throughout: applications sent, how many are due so far and days left.

If we miss it

We check automatically when your 30 days end. There’s no claim to file: we email you and you choose a refund of your first month or your next month free on your dashboard. We complete it within 5 business days.

Conditions

• It applies once per member, to your first paid plan, for plans starting on or after October 15, 2026. Free trials aren’t covered.
• If your plan ends before the 30 days are up, the guarantee covers the working days up to your plan’s end.
• It ends if you cancel before your 30 days are up.
• Changing your search to fewer roles, cities or a higher minimum salary changes which roles fit your search — the guarantee follows your search as it is.
• It doesn’t cover employer decisions: interviews, offers, salary or sponsorship.
