These terms explain how Merro provides job-search support to candidates seeking opportunities in the United States.

Our service

Merro's AI Recruiter Agent may search for relevant roles, organize opportunities, draft application materials, and classify job-search messages. A human recruiter reviews and approves recommendations before an application is submitted. You are responsible for reviewing information submitted on your behalf and keeping your profile accurate.

Google account access (Gmail and Google Calendar)

Connecting your Google account is optional and uses Google’s own consent screen (OAuth 2.0). By connecting it you confirm that you control the account, and you allow Merro to: read new messages in your inbox to find emails about your job applications (read-only — Merro cannot send, delete or change your email); keep a summary of job-related emails only; read your upcoming calendar events to spot interviews; and add an interview to your calendar only when you click “Add to calendar”. Messages that are not job-related are dropped by an automatic filter without being stored or sent to AI. Exactly what Merro reads, keeps and shares is described in our Privacy policy, and our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from the Gmail page of your Merro dashboard or from your Google Account permissions; Merro then revokes its access and deletes your Google tokens immediately.

No employment guarantee

Hiring decisions are made by employers. Merro does not promise an interview, offer, salary, visa sponsorship, or any particular result. AI Recruiter Agent output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is reviewed by a human recruiter before applications move forward. Separately, Merro guarantees application delivery in the first 30 days of your first paid plan, on the terms of our Application Delivery Guarantee.

Accounts and payment

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Pricing, billing start dates, and cancellation terms are shown before you subscribe. You authorize Merro to use your information only as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your qualifications, upload material you do not have permission to use, misuse connected Google access, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may pause access when these terms are violated.
